All Rates are subject to 12% HST

All renters are responsible for applicable performance/royalty fees such as SOCAN
To qualify for Non-Profit rates a group must be a registered Non-Profit Society

If 50% of blocked time booked is after 4pm, evening rates will be charged for the entire block
